We only require your Name, Address, Zip/Post Code, Telephone Number and e-mail address. The information is only required for processing your order. No information is given to any other party. [See privacy statement]

Delivery
All items are printed to order, no stock is kept. Items will be dispatched within 30 days of the order and after any check, PayPal payment or other form of payment has been cleared. All orders will be acknowledged and confirmed by e-mail when possible.

Areas where Goods can be Delivered
We can send prints, CDs, DVDs, photo gifts, and other products to most countries in Europe, USA, Canada, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand If in doubt please inquire.

Sizes
All sizes are given in inches and are approximate. Sizes are dependent on photograph.

Shipping & Handling
All orders will be sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS) to addresses in the USA, Canada and overseas. Any goods damaged in the mail will be replaced on receipt of the damaged items and your postage will be refunded.

PRICES / Specification
Moab Action Shots reserves the right to change prices or specification or description of items without notification, but such changes will not apply to orders placed prior to the date of the price change.

PAYMENTS
All online orders must be paid through PayPal. Off-line orders are also accepted and you can email with requirements and a check in US Dollars can be sent to Moab Action Shots. Orders will only be sent when the payment has been received, or upon receipt of notification of payment from Paypal.

COLORS
Moab Action Shots attempts to ensure that the colors on images are accurate however all colors are subject to the color calibration of individual monitors. As each item is made to order a slight change in color from that on this web site may occur, even between prints off the same subject. Prints should be framed under glass and kept out of direct sunlight and in an area of low humidity. Moab Action Shots makes no claims in respect of the longevity of the prints. Moab Action Shots will not accept any responsibility for any color fading / or changes in color which may occur.
